Plagiarism Policy

The International Journal of Innovation in Pharmacy and Health Science (IJIPHS) is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of academic integrity, and we have a zero-tolerance policy towards plagiarism. Plagiarism is defined as the act of using someone else’s work, ideas, or intellectual property without proper acknowledgment, including but not limited to copying, paraphrasing without citation, and self-plagiarism (reusing one’s own previously published material without proper disclosure or permission). All articles submitted to the journal must be original and must not contain plagiarized content.

To ensure the integrity of the work published in IJIPHS, each article is checked for plagiarism using advanced plagiarism detection software. If significant instances of plagiarism are detected, the article will be immediately rejected. Authors are required to properly cite all sources, including ideas, text, and data that are not their own, following the journal's referencing guidelines.

In cases where plagiarism is identified after publication, the journal will take immediate action. If substantial plagiarism is found, the article may be retracted, and the authors will be informed of the retraction. Depending on the severity of the plagiarism, the authors may also face further consequences, including a ban from submitting to the journal in the future.

Retraction Policy

The International Journal of Innovation in Pharmacy and Health Science adheres to strict retraction procedures in cases of academic misconduct, such as plagiarism, data fabrication, or unethical research practices. If an article is found to have serious ethical violations post-publication, it will be retracted. A retraction notice will be published, and the article will be removed from the journal’s website. Authors may be subject to sanctions, and their affiliations may be informed depending on the severity of the issue.
