Open Access Policy
IJETM takes pride in being fully open access: all published research is freely accessible without payment or access barriers. The journal pursues an open access approach that encourages the unrestricted dissemination of knowledge, increases the visibility and accessibility of scholarly research and facilitates communication and engagement among the global academic and professional base.
Under this policy, all research articles published in the journal will be made immediately and permanently available on the internet. They will be freely accessible to anyone with an internet connection. This access will be provided at no charge, starting from the moment of publication. The journal publishes under an Open License, which means that its authors keep copyright of their articles and grant the journal the right to distribute their work under a Creative Commons license, typically the CC BY ShareALike. This licensing will guarantee that the users can legally share and use the material for non commercial purposes as long as they give appropriate credit to the authors.
The journal makes no demand for subscription and paywalls to its readers, rather it adopted a sustainable funding model, which may include article processing charges (APCs), institutional support, or sponsorships. IJETM’s mission to ensure equitable access to high-quality research and to promote dissemination of knowledge in business and marketing management is aligned with this approach.
We are of the opinion that open access publishing plays a critical role in the bridging of the gap between academia and practice to the benefit of researchers, practitioners, policy makers and educators. The journal removes financial and technical barriers to make its content available to the widest possible audience, facilitating progress in scholarship and the exchange of ideas from around the world.
