Peer Review Policy
At the International Journal of Business Review and Research, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic rigor through our peer review process. Our policy is designed to ensure that all submitted articles undergo thorough and constructive evaluation by qualified experts in the field.
Double-Blind Review Process
We employ a double-blind peer review process, where both the authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the review. This approach helps to eliminate bias and ensures that evaluations are based solely on the quality of the research.
Selection of Reviewers
Reviewers are selected based on their expertise, qualifications, and relevant experience in the subject matter of the submitted article. We strive to match each article with reviewers who have a deep understanding of the topic to provide the most insightful and constructive feedback.
Review Criteria
Reviewers assess articles based on several key criteria, including but not limited to: Originality and significance of the research, Methodological rigor and appropriateness, Clarity of presentation and organization, Relevance to the journal’s aim and scope, Ethical considerations and compliance with research standards.
Reviewer Responsibilities
Reviewers are expected to provide objective, constructive, and timely feedback. They are required to disclose any conflicts of interest and maintain confidentiality regarding the submitted articles.
Decision-Making
Following the review process, the editorial board evaluates the feedback provided by the reviewers to make informed decisions regarding the acceptance, revision, or rejection of articles. Authors are notified of the decision and given detailed comments from the reviewers to help improve their work if revisions are required.
Appeals Process
Authors have the right to appeal editorial decisions. Requests for reconsideration should be submitted in writing, clearly stating the reasons for the appeal. The editorial board will review the request and make a final determination.
