Open Access Policy

With an open access publishing model the International Journal of Law, Humanities and Sustainable Development is committed to the promotion academic excellence and free exchange of knowledge. That is, there is no subscription or access fees for any of the journal’s content and the entire journal’s content is available to readers worldwide free of charge.

Our open access policy allows readers to:
Read: All articles are immediately available for reading upon publication, ensuring that scholars, practitioners, and the general public can engage with the latest research in law, humanities, and sustainable development without barriers.
Download: Articles can be easily downloaded in full, enabling researchers to read, print, and use the materials for future reference or in-depth analysis.
Share: As part of our commitment to open dissemination, authors and readers are encouraged to share articles within academic networks, professional communities, or educational settings to maximize impact.
Reuse: Authors retain the rights to their work, and articles are available under a Creative Commons license, enabling others to cite, reuse, and build upon the research while ensuring proper attribution.

By making content free, we hope to amplify a global discussion about sustainable development and its legal, humanistic, and ethical dimensions. This open access model is a statement of belief in the concepts of transparency, inclusivity, and accessibility; ideas that we believe will allow researchers and practitioners from around globe to participate in, and to benefit from and contribute to, the ongoing academic discourse in these important sectors.

Open access is critical, says the International Journal of Law, Humanities and Sustainable Development, to the advancement of the world’s body of knowledge and resolving the global problems of sustainability and legal development amid our ever more interconnected world.
